Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work ensures that a system and its equipment is kept in good working order and optimises its efficiency. The aim of preventative maintenance is to reduce the possibility of equipment failure before it occurs; replacing worn components before they fail.
We undertake maintenance and service contracts for equipment of all manufactures and models irrespective of age or who originally installed them.
Following a site survey, we create a bespoke maintenance schedule to meet your individual needs, requirements and budgets. It may only be necessary to carry out annual routine maintenance to ensure the system is compliant with current F-GAS legislation or it may be that the system requires regular visits as it may affect the operation of other equipment, e.g. IT suites.
With new stringent regulations we will assist you in the process of keeping your existing systems within guidelines, with regards to handling refrigerant gases and ensure your units meet cooling energy efficient ratios and are heating co-efficient.
