WEMCO are working towards integrating our quality, environmental and occupational health & safety systems into an Integrated Management System (IMS).
BSI ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
WEMCO conform to an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System representing our commitment to the continuous improvement of our business processes. We continually audit, monitor and review our processes to ensure we are offering our customers value for money and an assured standard of quality.
Senior engineers complete bi-monthly audits of a selection of reactive quoted and planned works completed in the field during the previous period. Likewise, senior management also conducts audits on our internal processes, such as Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, On Site Provision and Customer Services.
All auditing staff have received external training in regards to conducting an audit, and auditing procedures have been developed in accordance with our ISO 9001 Quality Management standard.
BSI ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems
As part of our commitment to the environment, we conform to the principles of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
WEMCO’s environmental management system helps to reduce our environmental impact. The standard provides the framework for WEMCO to demonstrate our commitment to the environment by reducing harmful effects on the environment.
BSI ISO 45001-2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
WEMCO conforms to BSI ISO 45001-2018. This is an internationally applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management arrangements which is assessed by an external auditor to show WEMCO can demonstrate due diligence, good governance and is committed to health and safety for the workforce. This reward gives clients the assurance of our effective risk management operations and full regulatory compliance while promoting safer working environments by heightening our continued adherence to the most recent and up to date health and safety policy and process.
